Passing/Receiving

Triangle Shuffle

Setting up in pairs, a player carries the ball on an angle towards the cone and changes direction with a wristed pass to their partner. Always pass the ball on the outside of the cone with the ball moving across the advantage line. Move to the free cone once you have passed the ball, ready to receive a pass from your partner

Variations/Coaching Tips

• Keeping your body position low, ready to receive
• The ball should remain moving at all times
• Pass on the advantage line to the cone your partner is on
• Hard wristed passes and quick change of direction to the free cone
