Butterfly Entry

Balls and extra players start in the middle. Alternating sides carry the ball to your side, pass the ball when you get to second cone using a wristed pass. Quick open receive and pass for the next 2 players. Players at the edge of the circle can post up or receive moving forward then make the circle for a shot. Repeat on the reverse side

• Carrying at pace with the ball tight on the stick before you pass
• Timing of the passes to your team mates and the post-up lead
• Receive and roll (forehand and reverse) on the post-up
